Thanks to your cooperation, all CABC events have been SAFE! Help us by thoroughly reading and following the 25 TRACK SAFETY RULES as listed. Thanks in advance for your cooperation.

RULE#1 –    Absolutely no racing on the track!!!!

RULE#2 –    NEVER, NEVER, NEVER pass the Atlanta Motor Speedway Pace Car.

RULE#3 –    All laps are paced at an average of 80MPH.

RULE#4 –    Always follow the AMS Pace Car.

RULE#5 –    ONLY LICENSED DRIVERS are allowed to drive on the track!

RULE#6 –   Individuals with learners permits or unlicensed to drive (regardless of age) are not allowed to drive on the track or operate a vehicle of any type in the garage or pit staging areas!!!!

RULE#7 –    Licensed drivers under the age of 21 years (but not less than 17 years of age) must be accompanied by a legal guardian while on the track and in staging areas.

RULE#8 –    INDIVIDUALS UNDER THE AGE OF 17 ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DRIVE OR OPERATE A VEHICLE ON OR OFF THE TRACK OR IN ANY STAGING AREA.

RULE#9 –   All drivers and passengers are to use seat belts while driving on or off the track.

RULE#10 –    Passengers requiring child car seats/booster car seats are not allowed as passengers on the track.

RULE#11 –    While on the track the minimum speed is 70 mph.

RULE#12 –    Never drive beyond your capabilities. Slowing down (not less than 60 mph) or exiting the track early is ok especially if maintaining the minimum speed is outside of your comfort level. We can re-sequence the remainder of your track laps to occur with a slower group of participants. This is not a problem and we are happy to accommodate you. Remember we are “safety first”!
